Alexander Mendez Garza was born on May 13, 1998 in Handford, California, to his loving parents, Theodore and Patricia. Alex graduated from high school and enlisted in the Marine Corps. He was a caring young man, so much so that he enlisted in the Marines so that he could assist in bettering the world. Alex loved his family. He had dreams of creating his own family, on June 6th, 2018 he married the love of his life, Kassandra Gomez.

Alex's life was cut short at the age of 20, in a tragic motorcycle accident on June 16, 2018. He leaves behind many people that loved and cared for him. Alex's enthusiasm for life, his love and respect for all, the honorable way he lived his life are memories that will help fortify his family and friends through this difficult time.
