Nola "“Kaye” " Camp
Kaye Camp, 79 of Hemet, California passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Kaye was born on December 27, 1938 in Parker, Idaho. Kaye lived in Caldwell, Idaho most of her life where she worked at Braun Studio after graduating from Superior Western Beauty School. She married Bob Price and had one son, Trent Price. In 1981, Kaye remarried Duane Camp and gained four step children. Kaye was later blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also taught Primary school and Boy Scouts. Kaye was passionate about being a hair dresser and pursued her career for over 36 years. At one point, she worked for the Idaho State Board of Examiners for Cosmetology. In 1990, she moved to California and began to pursue a career as a real-estate agent. In her spare time, Kaye loved oil painting. Kaye was considered to be outgoing and social.
She is survived by her husband, Duane Camp, son, Trenton Price, step children, Mechelle (Bradley) Van Houten, Jim (Evelyn) Camp Jr., Heidi (Mike) Butler, and Joel Camp, and sister, Deola Haws; as well as four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a service at Inland Valley Baptist Church in Hemet, as well as September in Caldwell, Idaho services are pending.
