Life Story for Roger Sibole

Roger Dale Sibole was born November 23rd,1950 in Washington, Missouri and peacefully took his place beside the Lord in heaven on November 9th, 2018 at his home in Hemet, California. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Karen Sibole and their children; Eryn (Miguel) Caban, Krystle (Chris) Drouault, Graysen Sibole, and three brothers; Robert (Juanita) Sibole, Randy (Joanne) Sibole and Rick Sibole. Roger devoted 25 years to teaching and taking professional photography at places such as RCC & MSJC and retired doing what he loved from The House of Portraits. He served his country honorably during the Vietnam War as a Morse Code Systems Operator for the United States Air Force wherein he received multiple awards as well as being picked from hundreds of other competitors as a second baseman for the USAF Softball Team. Since high school, Roger played and loved baseball, the Dodgers being his favorite team. He shared his love and passion for baseball and the Dodgers with the entire family, which brought so much joy to all. He will be sorely missed by the community at large as he played for the Hemet Police Department softball team in the 1980’s as well as many other competitive teams from our region. Roger was a devoted husband, loving father, exceptional coach, and a kind and generous man who was the spiritual leader of his family. He will always be remembered fondly for the impact he had on the lives of all those who met him. Interment will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery on Friday, November 23rd at 2pm and a Celebration of Life service will be held at the Legacy Church (2562 W. Willson St., Banning, CA 92220) on Sunday, November 25th at 2pm. In honor of Roger, the family is requesting that family and friends wear Dodgers gear or colors (blue & white) to his Celebration of Life service.
