Michael “Biggzy” Gregory Biggs
Michael Biggs passed away in Perris, California on December 5, 2016 at the age of 60.
Michael was born on Thursday, October 4, 1956 in San Diego, California. He was the son of the late William Biggs Sr. and the late Althea Chavis Biggs.
Michael is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Monica and Dean Cassinelli of Temecula, CA, Jason and Lisa Storrs of Roseville, CA, along with his former wife Mystle Hudson Biggs, his brothers William Biggs and Brian Biggs, his sisters Pamela Coulson and Theresa Lanning, and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter Carrie Biggs, and his brother Patrick Biggs.
Known for his humor and his care for others, Michael loved community events, such as St. Jude’s and many other charities where he found his niche: investing in people. Family was very important to him and together they enjoyed trips to Disneyland, camping on the beach, and watching the sunset.
Michael received great pleasure from both viewing and playing many sports, especially when it was combined with his other great pleasure, his grandchildren. He followed his father’s footsteps and became a Lions Club member. Michael found great delight within his involvement of activities within the church, and served faithfully in the Men’s Ministry, both at Saturday Morning Bible study and the Men’s Retreat planning committee.
