Obituary for
Bobbie J Demuth
Bobbie J. (Landrum) Demuth, born December 26, 1936, in Laurel, MS, to Arnold and Mildred Landrum, passed away at age 81 on May 1, 2018, in Temecula, CA. Bobbie was the loving wife of Kent. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy, Jean, and grandson Taylor Demuth. Bobbie is survived by her loving husband Kent, her sons, Bentley and Barry and their wives Teresa and Megan, stepdaughter Heidi, brother Billy Joe, grandchildren Chandler, Shelby, Bentley Joel, Bella, Bobbie, Robin, Haley, Elizabeth, and great-grandson Benjamin. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Bailey.
Bobbie, in the early 1970's, became the first woman manager of a Zales jewelry store. Later in Bobbie and Kent's computer business, she was the driving force behind the scenes. Retiring from business, she was active in community work, loved spending time with her grandchildren, loved to decorate and garden - especially her roses, and she loved to cook for family and friends. If there was ever a silent auction needed, she was there. Before her health started to fail, she loved to travel with her husband Kent. Her most enjoyed trip was a European trip when Bobbie and Kent took their two oldest grandchildren, Taylor and Chandler.
Bobbie simply loved life and never met a stranger.
Friends and family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life for Bobbie on May 24th from 2:00 to 4:00pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 26855-A Jefferson Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562.
