Guametté Kay Padilla
Guamette Kay Padilla 70, of Menifee, California passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 26, 2018 in Riverside, California. She was born September 13, 1947 in Concord, California to Harold Gardner Sr. and Letha “Karleen” Cline Gardner. She is survived by her three children, daughters Christine Campbell and Raelene Martin. and son Robert Padilla. Siblings, brother Harold “Sonny” Gardner Jr. and sister Marsielle Malenica. Seven Grandchildren, Jessica, Sheena, Britnee, Justin, Kaylee, Aidan and Peyton. Two Great Grandchildren, Ethan and Eliza.
She was a stay at home mom when her children were young and as they got older she worked as a production manager at Multitex Corporation. She was very creative and had a talent for making Halloween costumes even for herself as she would dress up at work. Always having a great sense of humor. She loved playing games and enjoyed the beach whenever possible. For years she cared for her mother. She always had time to enjoy “milk coffee” with her grandchildren and even spent her last years helping the youngest ones with their homework. She will be missed by many.
