Carlos Arteaga, 77 of San Jacinto, California passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Parkview Community Hospital in Riverside, California.
Born Thursday, November 28, 1940 in Michoacan, Mexico. He was the husband of Adela Arteaga.
Carlos worked as a waiter for 27 years. In his free time, he enjoyed singing ballads and dance. He also enjoyed watching the Mexican soccer team, America.
He loved his Chihuahua dogs, and he was always willing to help people; he would never tell someone no.
Surviving are his wife, Adela Arteaga, daughters, Maria Arteaga, Mary Arteaga, sons, Carlos Arteaga, Marcos Arteaga, Jose Arteaga, Jesus Arteaga, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son, Sergio Arteaga.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at Miller-Jones Mortuary - San Jacinto, 165 West 7th Street, San Jacinto, California.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 9 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church located at 630 S. Santa Fe Street, San Jacinto, CA. A graveside service will follow at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery at 2555 S. Santa Fe Ave, San Jacinto, CA
